09win Terms & Conditions — Terms of Use for Malaysia's Online Entertainment Platform

Welcome to 09win, an online entertainment and betting platform operating exclusively for the Malaysian market. This document sets out all the terms and conditions governing your use of the 09win platform, including all casino games, Sports Betting, lottery, and other services we offer.

To be eligible to use 09win's services, you must meet all of the following requirements at all times:

• Aged at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and throughout your continued use of the platform.
• Residing in or accessing the platform from a geographic region where the use of such platforms is permitted under local law.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement — meaning you are not under guardianship, custodianship, or any legal restriction that would prevent you from doing so.
• Never previously suspended or permanently banned from the 09win platform for terms violations.
• Not currently subject to a self-exclusion program that you have requested from 09win.

09win reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in the account being suspended until verification is complete.

Registering a 09win account is free and straightforward. To sign up, you will need to provide your full legal name, an active Malaysian phone number, a valid email address, and any other information requested during the registration process.

Account rules that must be observed:

• One account per individual: Each individual may only hold one active 09win account. This includes accounts registered using different devices, phone numbers, IP addresses, or names but owned by the same person.
• Accurate information: All information provided must be accurate, complete, and up to date. You are responsible for updating your account details should any changes occur.
• Password security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. 09win will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your own negligence.
• Immediate reporting: If you suspect your account has been accessed by another party, please contact the 09win support team immediately.

09win uses a Know Your Customer (KYC) process to verify member identities. As part of the KYC process, you may be asked to submit a copy of your Malaysian identity card (MyKad), a recent bank statement, or other supporting documents. This process is in place to protect you and uphold the integrity of the platform.

All financial transactions on 09win are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). We support the following local Malaysian payment methods for the convenience of our members:

Deposit rules:

• The minimum deposit is RM10 for e-wallets and RM20 for FPX.
• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. 09win does not accept third-party deposits.
• 09win does not charge any processing fees for deposits; however, your e-wallet provider or bank may apply their own charges.
• 09win is not responsible for any delays caused by technical issues on the payment provider's end.

Withdrawal rules:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM30 per transaction.
• Withdrawals may only be made to an account registered under the same name as your 09win account.
• Your first withdrawal may require KYC verification before it can be processed.
• 09win reserves the right to hold withdrawals for up to 72 hours for security review purposes where necessary.
• If an account holds a bonus balance that has not yet met the rollover requirements, only the actual cash balance (excluding bonuses) is eligible for withdrawal.

09win offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions to enhance your gaming experience. All bonuses are subject to the specific conditions stated in their respective promotional terms, as well as the following general rules:

• Rollover (turnover) requirements: Each bonus carries a rollover requirement that must be met before the bonus funds or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. Rollover is calculated based on total qualifying bets placed, not just wagers within a specific game.
• Validity period: All bonuses have an expiry date. Any unused bonus or incomplete rollover within the specified period will be automatically forfeited without prior notice.
• One bonus at a time: By default, only one active bonus can be held at a time. If you make a deposit while a bonus is active, please review the promotion terms first to avoid any conflicts.
• Bonus arbitrage prohibition: Placing multi-directional bets (e.g., wagering on all possible outcomes) with the intent of meeting rollover requirements at minimal risk is prohibited. 09win employs a detection system to identify such patterns.
• One bonus per household: The welcome bonus is available once per household, IP address, or device. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times through duplicate registrations constitutes bonus abuse.

09win reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time, with or without prior notice. 09win's decision regarding any bonus dispute is final.

The following rules apply to all game categories on 09win — including Live Casino, slots, table games, Sports Betting, lottery, and Virtual Sports:

• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled: Once a bet is confirmed in the system, it is final. No cancellations may be made after confirmation, regardless of the reason.
• Betting limits: Each game and table has stated minimum and maximum bet limits. These limits may vary depending on your membership type and VIP tier.
• System results are final: In the event of any dispute regarding game results, 09win's system records shall serve as the definitive reference. Discrepancies between on-screen display and system records will be resolved based on the system records.
• Technical interruption: If a game is interrupted before completion due to a technical issue on 09win's end, bets may be refunded at the company's discretion. Interruptions caused by your own internet connection or device are beyond 09win's responsibility.
• Sports Betting: For Sports Betting covering Malaysia Super League football, EPL, badminton, and e-sports, 09win reserves the right to void or adjust bets if a match result is declared invalid by the relevant sporting body.

The following are strictly prohibited on the 09win platform and may result in immediate disciplinary action:

• Using bots, automation software, AI, or any tool that enables automated gameplay without genuine human involvement.
• Exploiting bugs, software errors, or system inconsistencies to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players, dealers, or internal staff to manipulate game outcomes.
• Making threats, using abusive language, or behaving aggressively towards support staff or other players on the platform.
• Registering an account on behalf of another person or using a false or stolen identity.
• Engaging in any activity that may be considered money laundering or the financing of illegal activities.
• Transferring funds between different 09win accounts without authorisation for the purpose of manipulating balances or bonuses.

09win reserves the right to suspend or close a member's account for the following reasons:

• Breach of any section within these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or system abuse.
• Requests from law enforcement agencies or regulatory bodies.
• A self-exclusion request from the member concerned.

Members may also close their own account at any time by contacting the 09win support team. For voluntary closures, all cash balances that meet withdrawal requirements will be returned within 3–5 business days to the registered payment method.

In the event of account closure due to terms violations, 09win reserves the right to withhold all balances pending the completion of an investigation, and in cases of proven fraud, balances may not be returned.

09win is fully committed to responsible gambling. We believe that healthy entertainment requires clear boundaries, and we provide the following tools to help members stay in control:

• Deposit limit: You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from your account panel. Requests to increase a limit are subject to a 48-hour waiting period before taking effect.
• Betting limits: Set a maximum limit on the total amount wagered within a given period.
• Cool-off Period: Take a break from the platform for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During this period, you will be unable to log in or carry out any transactions.
• Self-exclusion: If you need a longer break, you may apply for self-exclusion for 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. This is a serious measure that requires a verification process.

To the extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law, 09win and its management shall not be liable for:

• Any financial losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, the platform.
• Losses arising from service disruptions beyond 09win's control (force majeure), including natural disasters, power outages, external cyberattacks, or government directives.
• Any personal financial decisions made based on information obtained from the platform.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence in maintaining password security.

09win's maximum liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the date the liability claim arises.

09win reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on this page, with the date of update clearly indicated.

For significant amendments, 09win will notify members via their registered email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before amendment takes effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where 09win operates. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through negotiation between both parties will be referred to mutually agreed independent arbitration.
